My name is Bailey Zindel and I’m a queer non-binary (they/them) visual artist and designer from Sacramento, CA. I founded Halfheart Media shortly after I began designing in 2014.

I pride myself on having a wide array of design specialities - though I tend to specialize in release artwork and merchandise, I’m well versed in creating custom

typography and executing branding projects, as well as in creating almost any kind of design for print media. Anyone working in the music industry knows that every

facet of an artist’s presence in the world has to be polished for maximum success. Over the course of my nine years in this industry, I’ve worked with hundreds of

artists and dozens of record labels / merchandise companies / management firms. My work has been shown on Jimmy Kimmel, featured in articles on Rolling Stone, Billboard

and more, and is available all around the world online, on tour and in retail stores like Hot Topic. Through all of this, I’ve developed a keen sense of how to best present +

represent my clients visually so that they can focus their energy on performing, touring and writing music without worrying about their image.

On the personal side, I like to spend my free time playing video games, sitting in the sun reading, building LEGO sets, writing and playing music with my friends and hanging out with my three cats, Pazu, Hilo and JJ.
